t.o.s• i reserve the right to revoke character rights upon retroactive blacklisting regarding my designs, with no guarantee of refund (however i will try my best to refund in most cases.) designs provided to blacklisted users will also end up with the provider blacklisted and character designs revoked. this will go on a case by-case-basis.• i reserve the right to invoke a 50-500% increase in prices for commercial usage rights [this depends on the size/work of the commissioned piece]. This goes for art and designs alike. (using designs or commissioned art for "private use" (keychains, pillows, etc- anything that isn't merchandise or made to be sold- does not need a commercial use fee.)• i do not mind if you edit my art or designs (filters, borders, etc), but please leave a copy of the original somewhere for future/past owners to find but please be respectful about it, and provide proper credit when you can. :D• my art and designs are not to be used in any crypto currencies, blockchain-related, or nft projects, nor for anything generative ai-related.
